Questions about paying
- How much does JoinerKit cost?
- JoinerKit is free for one job, with all the design tools: drawing to the wall, 3D, cutting lists, sheet layouts and quotes. Pro is £10 a month for as many jobs as you like, starting jobs from a photo, Ask JoinerKit, and deleting old jobs.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. A free account needs only an email address, or you can sign in with Google. You only give a card if you go Pro.
- Can I try it before I sign up?
- Yes. The designer opens with two ready-made jobs at joinerkit.com/try, with no sign-up. Change them, turn them round in 3D and see them priced. Nothing is saved.
- How do I pay for Pro?
- By card, monthly in advance, through our payment provider, Stripe. The price is shown in your own currency where we can: pounds, euros, or US, Australian, Canadian or New Zealand dollars.
- Is VAT added to the price?
- No. We're not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout: the price you see is what you pay each month.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from your Profile page. Pro carries on to the end of the month you've paid for, then your account goes back to Free. We don't refund part months.
- What happens to my jobs if Pro ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Your jobs stay in your account, but you can't start new ones beyond the free one until you go Pro again.
- Does JoinerKit use AI?
- Only where it saves you time, and both are part of Pro: reading a photo of a drawing (or of furniture your customer likes) into a job for you to check, and Ask JoinerKit, which answers how-to questions with a button to where it's done. Cutting lists, sheet layouts and prices are worked out by JoinerKit's own rules from your sizes and your prices, never guessed. Your photos and questions aren't kept.
- Will the price change?
- If we change it, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first.
